Genital "Pimple"? a solid white ball of something came out.

I recently discovered a normal looking pimple on the frontal part of my scrotum. It looked like white puss substance filled it, but upon feeling it, I discovered it was a solid, fairly hard ball of some type. I attempted to pop it like a normal pimple or zit, and I succeeded. Out came a solid, white ball of something. I was wondering if anyone has any prior experience with this, or if anyone knew what it was.

Thank you for asking at ehealthforum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. First you should not have popped it or any other pimple ever. At least dont do ti in future. Now what was it, so its likely a sebaceous secretion clogged in the skin causing these clogging and pus like presentation. Good hygiene and shaving the hair in groin spars these troubles.

Rest i don't see anything worrisome here. Just take care of the hygiene and don't manipulate ever again.

I hope it helps. Please take good car of yourself and do as directed.I would advise to stay in touch with your health care provider as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and can not be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor where a complete evaluation occurs. I will be here if you need me or have any more questions to ask, i would love to answer.

May the odds be ever in your favour.

Take care
Khan

Have you had unprotected sex? Oral or intercourse? It may have been an ulcer,I recommend consulting your GP or a sexual health clinic if you believe you are at risk and requesting a blood test.
