Sometime last week I noticed that I had a bump below my vagina but not quite my rectum. I thought maybe it would go away and out of curiosity i touched it a few times. Now there appears to be a smaller bump near the first bump. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with HPV. I found out because I had a big bump around my anus which turned out to be a wart. Since then I have had unprotected sex with one person for three years but I have not had unprotected sex with that person in over a year. What could these bumps be?

Hi there. Thanks for posting your question on Ehealthforum. Sorry, I can't help you. It is very important that what you are describing here, a perineal mass, is properly diagnosed. You need to see a doctor rather urgently.
