I started having lower abdominal pain about ten months ago. It's small pangs lasting only a few seconds here and there. I went in for an ultrasound and it came back clean. My doctor has not seemed worried about it, but seeing as how this pain has lasted for nearly a year I am still concerned. It has gotten better over the months, but is still giving me discomfort. What are the possibilities that this could be? It is pinpoint pangs that appear anywhere in the lower abdomen (usually on the right side but left and center are not uncommon). Thank you.
