What could these symptoms be?
I have a lump in one of my armpits. It comes and goes, gets small like a pea and then gets bigger and then goes back to small again. I also have swollen feet, ankles, lower legs and fingers. Sometimes lower and middle back pain and a rash like on my thigh that doesn go away. And I am always tired feeling drained all the time.

The small lump described could be a benign enlarged lymph node associated with common skin infections or local inflammation.

Stress, excess work or play can be associated with the symptoms you have described here. Adequate rest and proper sleep habits can help in resolving them.

If they persist and do not improve, consult your doctor and get a proper evaluation including to rule out endocrine or thyroid disorders.

I hope this helps.
