I have a white spot on my right nipple that has been there for a year now. Once it became very hard I squeezed it and white stuff came out. The cycle has repeated several times. It accumulates it and I squeeze it. 2 times blood there has been blood too. Recently I have started to feel some light pain from the chest. Can you help me?

I appreciate your concern

Ideally you should have uploaded an image for a better assessment,however,based on your description it seems to be some sort of a recurrent infection leading to abscess formation.

The chest pain could be due to the spread of infection or it might just be a muscle ache,to be sure you should visit your local GP for further consultancy on this.You can take pain killers for the chest pain like acetaminophen,paracetamol or ibuprofen,whichever is easy on your stomach.

For the abscess on the nipple,it should be drained first completely (preferably by a professional under sterilized conditions) followed by a course of broad spectrum antibiotics like amoxiclave or augmentin.
