Hello and welcome

i appreciate your concern,

The fact that you have poly cystic ovarian disease is the main reason for your irregular and scanty periods and its also a very common cause of infertility because the hormonal imbalance disrupt the normal physiology of reproductive system. The brown discharge is most probably some scanty old blood of menses.
You should visit your doctor for the proper treatment of pcod because luckily it is treatable and many people conceive soon after the resumption of normal periods.

For urinary tract infection you can take tab.ciproxin 500mg 2 times a day for 5 days and citrosoda sachet in half glass of water two times a day for 5 days.

I wish you the best of health,

Take care and thank you.
