Will my shoulders the (clavicles) and my chest grow wider?

If they will, will they grow a little bit or something like an inch or more?

Yes, they should with adequate growth and nutrition requirement. How much, depends upon many factors including your genetics. But you have growth left at age 14, so dont worry, have proper sleep, balanced diet and regular exercise and you shall attain good growth.
