General Health Tips
Drink 8-10 Glasses of Water a Day. If you normally do NOT add salt to your food, you may need to add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to your diet as a result of drinking this amount. This cleans out toxins and helps the body function much better.

Eat more fresh fruits and veggies and less processed foods.

Replace regular table salt with Sea Salt (better for your health)

Replace Cow's dairy products with Goat's dairy. Easier on the digestive tract.

Get a yearly physical if possible.

Exercise...it does not need to be in a gym...walk around the block / house...yard work / physical activity is better than none.

Smile

If anyone is experiencing extreme fatique, sleepiness, general weekness, have your doctor check your Vitamin D levels. Women especially suffer from low vitamin D and it causes a variety of annoying symptoms that can hinder your overall health.

Track Your Medical History
Keep track of your health history in a medical journal similar to the one found at:

Having a medical record to share with your doctor can be invaluable and a great way to finding a cure. Even if you are not sick, it is a good idea to track your records.

Make sleep a priority to enjoy a more focused, energy-filled lifestyle. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Create a relaxing bed-time routine and change your electronic device settings to the “night-shift” mode.

Don't sit for very long at one time

We know it is bad news for many of us as we are doing sedentary, desk jobs for sustenance. However, sitting for too long is extremely unhealthy for your heart as a study showed that it increased the risk of cardiovascular disease by a whopping 147 per cent! The chances of death by the disease also almost doubled up as they increased by 90 per cent.
