Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Your symptoms as heaviness in the pelvis, bloated, tender breasts could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy if you had unprotected intercourse in the recent past.
Other causes could be gastrointestinal issues, hormonal imbalance, premenstrual symptoms, drug effect if any taken recently, stress, anxiety etc.

It is difficult to comment without a detailed examination and evaluation.Observe and watch for few days.If your periods are due then wait for them to start. If the symptoms are due to hormonal changes in the premenstrual phase then would subside later.

If the periods are missed and do not start even after a week of the expected date then consider doing a Urine test for pregnancy determination and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
