"gallstones" and enlarged liver and spleen

hello , I have had very dull upper center abdominal pain 3 times in the past 2 months , I had blood work done and all my levels were normal except for showing slightly anemic , I had an abdominal ultrasound which showed "gallstones" and enlarged liver and spleen , im female overweight and I do not smoke or drink , should I be worried ?

No you should not be worried but concerned though regarding advancing weight which has itself played a role in the cholelithiasis.

Now i suppose depending on the stones location, it would be wise to get rid of gallbladder with minimal invasion before it block the CBD.

Seek a hepatobiliary surgeon and let them be the judge of that.
