I read your question and I understand your concern.
Gallbladder stores bile,so large fatty meal should be avoided. Pain may persist for some time.
Local steriod injection in scar may be helpful.

You can start with the following mentioned tips.

Avoid Strenuous activities (jogging, walking, trekking), Avoid Lifting heavyweights, keep an eye on your wound.

In the starting, avoid a heavy diet. Start by eating soups and broth, and gradually move to a normal diet.

Avoid driving for 4-8 days.

Don't get worried if you see symptoms of diarrhea. Be in touch with your doctor in case of any concerns.
