Gallbladder Pain Medication Not Working

I have been on pain medications for my gallbladder. Initially it seemed to help. Now there is nothing that seems to work. Any suggestions? I want to keep my gallbladder.

Anti-spasmodic medications can help such as dratoverine spas gin or hyoscine. However if there are severe hundred current episodes of acute cholecystitis Then elective cholecystectomy should be considered
