Fully healed from depression ?

I had a abusive childhood both my parents had serious mental illness and relatives too. I have lost my job and have issues in dealing with people and everyday life. I go into depression very easily and keep reliving my childhood and issues from past over and over again. I want to get out of this forever. Is there any way out will i be fully healed and this genetic disorder be cured forever. Also should i go for a second chid since i have emotional issues. Any doctors please advice.

Consult a psychologist/psychiatrist to come up with a diagnosis ..if there is high chance of a disorder its advisable to debate about having a second child as certain drugs are not very conducive for children...If you are having depression you may be started on anti psychotic drugs to help you out of the situation...with a history of disorder in your family you should try and and do stress relieving excersises and keep yourself calm and poised..keep a good lifestyle and follow a set routine to avoid having time to get depressed,....
