Frustrated with mood swings

Hi, folks. I'm new to this particular forum.

My life is kind of frustrating. One day I'm good and the next I'm not, or vice versa. From what I can tell, circumstances don't change.

Does anyone else have these feelings? I've been "chemically imbalanced" for years... whatever that means.

Best,

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Mood swings usually could be severe depression or it could be a bipolar disorder. Complete psychiatric evaluation will decide what it is. Consult a psychiatrist and let them help you in this regard.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
