Headache and Migraines Answer A61163
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The headache history should be taken completely. Whether its unilateral, frontal or temporal. The quality of the pain should be assessed whether its pressure like, band like , pulsating. Crucial associations should be asked about like headache during menstruation, headache associated with visual symptoms or nausea and vomiting. If its associated with rhinitis and a history of sinusitis then the treatment / workup would be different. The dent also needs to be examined. She can take acetaminophen for now and consult a doctor if further workup is needed or not based on the nature of the headache.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
