I have several small clear spots on the bottom of my feet (on the baby toe side) that hurt when I walk on them. The skin around them is red. They are about the size of a pin head. I googled plantar warts and they don't look like them. Does anyone know what they could be and what I can do naturally to get rid of them?

Based on your history and description it could be due to plantar warts , local skin infection that could be bacterial or fungal or parasitic and insect bite associated with superimposed inflammation and infection. It could also be due to calluses on the plantar aspect of the foot. You need to consult a dermatologist as natural treatment may not work if an infection is present
