I have peroneal and extensor tendonitis of my left foot. 3 wk in boot didn’t help. Steroids gave temporary relief. They are chronic injuries. What else can I do for this condition?
NSAIDs don’t touch the pain.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
You can try shock wave therapy and platelet rich plasma injection to hasten the recovery.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
