Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is important to have thyroid levels under control and regular periods if you are trying for pregnancy. Consider being in close monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist. If the underlying problem is diagnosed to be PCOS, then treatment with insulin modifiers and ovulation inducers in combination with HCG trigger injections would help you have ovulation. If these fail, then ovarian drilling done would be helpful in getting ovaries to ovulate (release eggs). You can also consider taking a second opinion from another gynecologist/infertility specialist and go ahead with getting complete infertility work-up done to look for the exact underlying cause. If you are trying for pregnancy, monitor cervical mucus changes and the BBT (basal body temperature) charting along with follicular scan to predict your ovulation and time your intercourse for having fruitful results. Have intercourse in positions that allow for deeper penetration for high deposit of semen. Have diet with foods rich in zinc content to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
