follicles around the periphery 4 mm. No mature follicles

Everything is normal beside my both ovaries show small follicles around the periphery no more than 4 mm. No mature follicles seen. Is it pcos? I'm very scared. Plus uterus measures 9.8x3.8x4.9 cm. thickness 5.3.
Right ovary: 1.9x2.2x2.2
Left ovary: 2.6x1.4x2.3

Welcome to this forum.
Relax. Only a scan finding can not determine whether you have PCOS or not. Are you having irregular or scanty cycle for a prolonged periods? Are you obese, infertile or having acne? No? Then relax. No way you have any problem and some cysts are always present in the ovaries.
