Welcome to ehealthforum.
Nipple sensitivity, bloating, flutters and cramping along with delay in periods could suggest possibility of pregnancy. If you are sexually active and suspect pregnancy, then consider meeting your gynecologist for an examination and tests to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
