Welcome to ehealthforum.
There are chances that you can get pregnant while being on Implanon. The urine pregnancy tests can show false negative test results due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in urine. Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician for examination and tests (blood HCG levels) to confirm/rule out pregnancy. the ultrasound scan done will confirm the pregnancy along with the site of pregnancy (intrauterine or ectopic).
Take care.
