i have a temp of 37 although i feel like im on fire, i have a head cold and its killing me the rest of my body aches but not really bad i dont no what to take

Hello, and thank you for your medical question on e Health Forum.

From the history and the description it seems that you might be having a common cold due to a viral infection.

You might benefit by taking OTC medications like Benadryl and Sudafed which will reduce most of your symptoms.

If the symptoms do not subside and you develop purulent nasal discharge, and high grade fever then you might need to see a doctor and get prescriptions for antibiotics and other supportive medications.
