Hi Amirose, I hope you have made some progress by now. The key is to improve both your nutrition and level of exercise. There is a lot of useful information on websites like www.aminoacidstudies.org. I recommend to eat little or no sugars, eat more meat, no dead calories, drink lots of water, take some supplements (Omega-3, Carnitine, antioxidants) and exercise at least three times a week: minimum is go for walks.. but do as much as you can. First,To start exercise and eat vegetables like Cucumber another green vegetables.

Green vegetables are very usefull to decrease fat.Follow it and than tell me result..
