Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The yellowness or the yellowish tint of finger nails that you describe could suggest possibility of jaundice especially if you have not come in contact with any chemical/coloring agent that can stain your fingernails. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/healthcare provider at the earliest for thorough evaluation, clarification and assistance. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
