For quite some time now after I went outside, where it is cold, my fingers turn white and feel numb after a couple minutes. However they don't turn blue. I am experiencing the same on my right foot while driving. On hand and foother only the right side.
There are some pictures

At first it was just the middle finger but yesterday also the ring finger which made me a little bit worried, so I came here.

Kind regards,
Peter

Welcome to EHF ,I read your question and would like to help.

You are having raynaud's phenomenon, which means when exposed to cold environment the blood vessels to your fingers constrict resulting in decreased blood supply causing numbness, discoloration and tingling.
It can be idiopathic (without any cause) or secondary to number of conditions like connective tissue disorder.

Treatmemt consists of avoiding cold (wearing gloves) and calcium channel blockers that would relax the blood vessels.

I hope it helps ,kindly contact your healthcare provider for further guidance as EHF is only for educational purposes and not an alternate to medical consultant.
Regards
Dr Khalil
