From last last 2/3 weeks all of a sudden i'm craving for sweet food, I'm a fitness enthusiast so I'm doing my best to not eat sweet food but i'm finding it's rather impossible to totally cut out the sweet food, is it anything bad affecting my health? I'm generally too strict with my diet.

Cravings for high calorie food in normal people can be induced by stressful situations, anxiety or other activities which demand proper attention. Having a proper well balanced diet with taking the required calories, can meet your hunger and hence reduce your cravings.

If you think you need help, consult a dietician for professional advice.
