Welcome to e health forum.

1. A person is diagnosed as a “chronic carrier” when blood tests show that they are unable to get rid of the hepatitis B virus after six months. They are still able to pass the virus on to others because it stays in their blood and liver for possibly a lifetime. Although many chronic carriers should expect to lead long healthy lives, they must be sure to see a doctor knowledgeable about hepatitis B (such as a “liver specialist”) for regular check-ups at least once a year, or more if needed, since they live with an increased risk of developing cirrhosis or liver cancer later in life.

2. If you have taken all the 3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine, then you are safe. A hepatitis - B serology test will reveal presence of anti-HBsAg- Antibodies, which will indicate that you are immune to Hepatitis B. This Immunity is Life-long.

3. Since you have been vaccinated for Hepatitis-B, you will be protected. There are no issues regarding being a parent, but precautions have to be taken to avoid the spread of infection to the infants during childbirth and early childhood.

4. No, it will not limit your sex life.

I hope this helps.
