Felt flu or cold like symptoms, could I be pregnant?

I'm 10-11 dpo. Had light pink spotting today on and off for 3-4hrs only when I wipe. I've had a slight temp of 99.1 and 99.5 all week... Felt flu or cold like symptoms. I had some cramping in my lower stomach and back and some leg cramps. I've been very hungry but nothing sounds good, and peeing more often. Had sore breasts and nipples up to 8dpo... Now there no longer sore... Could I be pregnant???

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

Yes, there is a possibility that you could be pregnant. The bleed could be implantation bleed. However, wait until the next due date of period and if you miss it, take a pregnancy test and see.
