feet swelling with kidney failure

I have had kidney failure for two years but I'm the last few days my feet are swelling. Not on kidney machine as of yet . THANK GOD Do I need to go to the doctor sooner than next month?

i would like to run few tests;
urine routine examination,renal function tests
liver function tests,24hr urine protein,creatinine clearance test
serum electrolytes,renal ultrasound.

after determining you status of kidneys we can discuss further management plan.
yes you should consult your primary physician
