Feeling unwanted and worthless, lexapro isn't helping

I have struggled for years with depression. I was doing really good for a year or so...then I moved back in with my father to take care of him. The house is constantly destroyed after I clean it, I am acting as a mother to my rebellious 18 year old brother. I typically don't rant but I am on the brink of insanity. I can't find a job and my family I live with constantly call my horrible names. I can't move out and I'm currently taking lexaprol, but it isn't helping
