Feeling of something pushing hard on the bottom of one of both f

What can cause this very tactile feeling of something pushing on the bottom of my feet at night while I am awake? On occasion it has woken me up. My husband has usually been in bed with me, and I describe it to him. Cannot predict when it will happen. If I feel my feet, the feeling disappears. If I pass my hand below my feet without touching, it disappears. This has been going on for about ten years now. No pain, no tingling, just pressure or pushing feeling. ?????

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These could be due to fatigability, lack of sleep or chronic illness. If none of these problems are there then psychiatric consultation will help you.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
