feeling like I am falling I struggle to get up daily

HI my name is Kelly for the past few weeks I have been feeling like I am falling I struggle to get up on a daily basis I don't know why but ever since I was little I had a fear of losing loved ones and my fears have becoming reality lately and struggling to get my head around it is this normal

I read your question and i understand your concern. Fear and grief is a very potent trigger to such fatigues and leads to depressive illness. it is normal sequelae of such incidents and self resolves slowly. Time is a good healer. All you need to do is hang on and seek help by a psychologist and let it out . Try some anxiolytics and antidepressants for a while. It shall subside.
