feeling inside that i have done something?

I always feel down, and i get this feeling inside that i have done something, but dont know what it is, its like a feeling of being scared, i havent been eating properly, this has only been for about 2 weeks now and its worrying me as im not normally like this :s, is there something worng with me, or am a just beaing stupid?

First of all, you may need to reduce your anxiety associated with having this problem. Out of this anxiety come out questions such as "is there something wrong with me". Knowing that ‘even if there is something wrong it can be fixed’, helps a lot in reducing this anxiety.

Before you can think of psychological reasons, you should rule out any medical cause behind these symptoms. Whatever is the cause, it is always advisable to visit your GP for a basic evaluation.
