Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

If you had unprotected sexual intercourse then your symptoms as dizziness, nausea, fatigue could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy.Since you have irregular periods it could be indicative of some underlying causes as ovarian
cysts,endometritis,thyroid hormone disorder,eating disorder etc.

You should consider getting yourself clinically examined and investigated as USG scan, hormonal analysis to rule out the cause if irregular periods.

Regarding the pregnancy get a Urine test done for pregnancy determination and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
