i am a 22yr old female, in july 2010 i was not trying to conceive but got pregnant on my period anyways i new exactly when it happened as soon as it happened. i got an abortion sep 2010 at 9wks 1day because i was not ready to become a parent. shortly after i had the abortion i fell into deep depression and realized i wanted nothing more but to have a baby and started ttc. it is oct 2012 and still no luck. i havent been right every since i had the abortion, i dont get horney that often anymore and im always emotional. i have been charting my bbt on (ff) for the last 11months and me and my boyfriend have been having sex every day even on my period and still no luck... can anyone give me any advise on how to conceive naturally?

sep 2012 i had cramps the whole month, i got my period two days late and it was strange i had extremly bad cramps never had them feel that way before, (very bloated witch is normal for me), but i was spotting on and off for only 2-3 days this was not normal i had sore breast and i was very nausiated. i took two pee test and they were negative.

oct 2012 i got my period two days early and it was light with light cramps sore breast (no bloating not normal) and had sex the third day and it stopped, ive been feeling bloated nausous and dizzy/ light headed kind of tired every since my period stopped.

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Inability to conceive can be due to various reasons as hormonal imbalance after an abortion, underlying uterine or ovarian causes as cervicitis, pelvic infection, fibroids, thyroid hormone disorder etc. Since you have been trying for long to conceive and unsuccesssful you definitely require a detailed clinical evaluation to rule out the cause so that treatment can be started accordingly.

A pelvic examination and investigations as USG scan,Hormonal analysis might be required.Kindly consider visiting a Gynaecologist for thorough evaluation.

Take care!
