Hi,

I've been struggling for years with acid reflux, just recently when eating a fairly heavy meal or a meal late at night, if i sit down/lay down afterwards i become fairly sick and when I sit up i experience bad wind and regularly bring up sick.

Is there anything to help with this/ is it indicative of a condition, or is it simply a case of not eating too much/ not eating too late?

thanks

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your symptoms are due to acid reflux and treatment is mostly supportive with diet lifestyle adjustments. Visit our GERD health center for further guidance.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
