I've been struggling for years with acid reflux, just recently when eating a fairly heavy meal or a meal late at night, if i sit down/lay down afterwards i become fairly sick and when I sit up i experience bad wind and regularly bring up sick.

Is there anything to help with this/ is it indicative of a condition, or is it simply a case of not eating too much/ not eating too late?
