Acid Reflux Answer A59441
Hello and welcome
Your concern is appreciated
The feeling of lump in throat is called globus hystericus and its related to anxiety closely, anxious people can have increase stomach acidity or you may have GERD so acid reflux can result in chest pain, burping can be due to excessive gas which can be due to excessive swallowing of air during eating, or can be due to some food items. You can have irritable bowl syndrome which is closely related to anxiety.
Hooe it helps
