Feel like I'm being watched

I feel like I'm always being watched, like by a camera or by someone, but there are no cameras or people. And I always feel like someone is standing behind me or in the stairs or something. Sometimes I see shadows or even people, but no one else see them and I also hear things no one else hear. I suffer from bad dreams also. And I feel like even my friends are talking bad about me and laughing at me. Sometimes I feel like they stare at me in a mean way. Please help me, what should I do???

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe it is a very typical presentation of schizophrenia and you need to be evaluated for that. Consult a good Psychiatrist and let them help you with the management. Once your own medications you will feel better and improved.

Take care.
