Fainting since childhood, why? pituitary tumor removed

Hello, I am 40 years old, and have had fainting spells since childhood. They seem to occur every few years. Last night, we were waiting for a table at a restaurant, and I felt faint, so I went to sit down, and slumped over on my husband. I then urinated while unconscious. I remember nothing, and when I came to, I felt somewhat normal. This has happened in the past through my life, but the two major episodes I had were 1.) waiting in line for a water slide at about 10, and suddenly collapsing, not recalling even feeling dizzy. 2.) Waiting for a show to start in an uncrowded area, and suddenly dropping to the ground. This time I hit the back of my head on the hardwood floor and had a seizure. Every time I go to the doctor, and they check me out, I come out normal. I should note that I previously had a pituitary tumor which was removed at 23, and currently have a small meningioma in my mid-line (very small). The second incident happened after the pituitary tumor surgery, and the current tumor was not detected til 3 years ago.

Please help me. I have been dealing with this since childhood, and it has been blown off.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
It is syncope.
You need to have holter monitoring and video EEG to rule out cardiac causes and epilepsy respectively. Conversion disorder and agoraphobia can present like this.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
