extraction pain! Can the numbing agent not work on me?

I am wondering... if my age (46) or the fact that I am a diabetic...
or the fact that I am on the IL. medical card... has something to
do with why every time I get an extraction I NEVER seem to get just
numb... ENOUGH to not feel PAIN! I DO know the difference between
pressure (as the tooth is pulled out) and PAIN. And I just want some
one (that is not on any one's side) to tell me; IS IT POSSIBLE for
the numbing agent (no matter how many times administered) not to
work on someone? I have several more to be removed before I can
have a bottom plate made, I need some real answers... real soon
please...someone help me! Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad looking
