expired Garcina cambogia diet pills

I have two bottles of unopened diet pills but they are expired as of 042016. Are they still okay to take ? Do these diet pills even work ?

No, expired medications should not be used as they have outlived their efficiency and also may result in untoward side effects.

Hi Amanda,

There has been a lot of debate around this topic. Since a law was passed in 1979, drug manufacturers / companies are required to print expiration dates on their products. This is the date at which the manufacturer can still guarantee the full potency and safety of the drug. Although some products may still be potent, even after the expiry date it's not always the case, as they may not be as effective. Therefore it's always best to stick the the expiration dates.
