Excessive belching, some diarrhea -gallbladder problems?

I am a 23 year old female who is a smoker and has 2 kids but other wise has been very healthy up intel now. For a the last few months after I delivered my 2nd child I have had many symptoms that lead me to believe its my gallbladder causing them. First off I have excessive belching. It's all day every day no matter what I do. It's like i have gas stuck right where my breast bone is and I can not relive it. I pretty much have diarrhea at least 3 times a week. I have times where I feel nausea. And this pain in my right shoulder that gets worse when I move or breath. Tonight the belching is at it's worst I have not stopped since I woke up this morning. The pain in my shoulder is not to intense but enough I can't get conferrable in bed and would rather pace back in forth intel I feel better. On a scale of 1 to 10 it's about a 5. The pain is also I between my shoulder blades. At this moment I am so fed up I am contemplating going to the ER but have not because my insurance dose not take affect tell January. I was just wondering if this could be my gallbladder. Thank you for your responses in advance.
