I have got manic itching on my left hand side labia. I have used various creams, and they help, but it never goes away. What can I do? I am too embarrassed to go to a doctor and be examined!

Welcome to ehealthforum.
The itching that you are having could either be due to infection or due to atrophic vaginitis. Do not hesitate to go ahead with examination done by a gynecologist to see what could be the probable cause for itching. You might need to get vaginal swab and culture test to be done to identify/rule out infection.
Early recognition and treatment will help in preventing complications and give you long lasting relief.
Take care.
