Evra patch lifting at edges

I've been wearing the patch since the first day of my period (Saturday 21/11). On Sunday and Monday it was already lifting a few mm all around, and I noticed wrinkles and air bubbles after I bath. I changed the patch late Tuesday night and the same thing is happening. Am I protected from pregnancy or do I need to put a new patch on?

Because of this, I want to stop the patch and try Yasmin. After I take the third patch off, should I start Yasmin on the first day of bleeding, or immediately after removing the patch?

You should be able to pick up the pill starting on the same day of the pack as you were on for the patch when you stopped.

You can also wait for your period, which will arrive at an odd time because you stopped the patch mid way or just start a new pack of the pills as soon as you stop the patch.

My advice will be to use condoms or abstain from sex for at least the first 7 days of the pill.

Take care!

Thank you very much for the response. I had hoped as much. I took the patch off last night and took the pill for wednesday from the starting section. The Yasmin leaflet says that missed pills should be discarded and the 7 day rule observed, so I am treating the Saturday-Tuesday pills I would have taken as missed pills. Thanks!
