My direct bilirubin is 3.6 and lever is mildly enlarged (15.4cm). Is anything serious to me?

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe its not serious enough but it is worrisome. You need to consult a physician and let them find out what is causing enlarged liver and increase billirubin. Likely possibility is a fatty liver which is very common these days. Other etiologies will also be looked at.

Take care.
