Enlarged heart at 45, is this the beginning of a short life?

Starting from a routine physical, I found out I have an enlarged heart at age 45. BP was fine, cholesterol was fine, and healthy otherwise. I'm a bit freaked out because I don't know what this means for the long-haul. Can I still live another 20 years? Or is this the beginning of a short life? Anyone know about this?
