Endometriosis and Pregnancy opt for iui or ivf?

i was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2007.Got laproscopy done in the same year nov.after 4 months of surgery with the help of clomifene,FSH and ovulution induction i concieved in the first try.But lost it in the 6th month of pregnancy.Again tried the same process 4 times no success.No endometriosis re-ocurred till date.What to opt for iui or ivf?Is there any chance to get cancer due to IVF?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
There are no increased risks of getting cancer with IVF. Considering going ahead with further evaluation done by your gynecologist/infertility specialist to look for the underlying cause for the repeated miscarriage/failure of conception (and also to rule out any other underlying causes for infertility). Treatment as appropriate would be started to help you get pregnant. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/infertility specialist.

Thanks.I'm thinking to try IUI for 2 cycles atleast.If its not successful then i'll go for IVF.Am i going to follow the right path?
