Emotional overload, depression and sleeping

Does anybody else have this?....

I am in a period of depression, 7 months and ongoing. When I have an argument, a disagreement I must sleep. I am immediately exhausted by someone causing me to be worried, upset, irritated, angry. I feel instantly exhausted. I become so tired that if Im able I will go to sleep for at least an hour.

Sometimes it erases the incident, the hurt or anxiety that was the result of the incident and will awake in a better mood sometimes it doesnt.

What is happening to me? Why am I sleeping like this? It is not boredom! I am depressed but why do I get so physically drained when Im mentally drained?

Thanks rainbow

sometimes when I'm really stricken with anxiety I lay down and fall asleep. I know the feeling.
