Emotional numbness I don't no how to become connected again

Hi I suffer from emotional numbness I have done for quite a long time now and I don't no how to become connected again I have suffered bouts of depression in the past and I have also bin diagosed with bipolar but I don't no if this is related to the numbness I also suffer from social anxiety which can be quite destressing does any body have any suggestions for recovery at all ?

I read your question and I understand your concern.
From what you have mentioned social anxiety could be a reason. My advice to you would be not to stop the medicines you have been prescribed for your bipolar disorder and that would help you with your depression/anxiety as well. Also try to make an appointment with a psychiatrist for a talk therapies which can help you with your social anxiety.
