Elevated cpk, ALT, and AST, still getting lightheaded

I was sent to the ER via ambulance after my pulse was maintaining 140+ at rest, and my BP was 173/103. Almost passed out at work. My potassium was a little low. I had hand tremors and and lightheadness. Still not sure what's going on. But I'm praying it's not my heart. They think I may have hyperthyroidism.

My pcp can't figure out what's wrong with me. My cpk is 3768+, my ALT is
71, and my AST is 112. They say I can't have rhabdomyolysis because my
kidneys are functioning fine. And the doctor doesn't think of have
hepatitis. I know I need a referral to a specialist but I have no idea
where to start. My TSH is normal. Do you have any suggestions of what
specialist I should see? I'm still getting lightheaded a lot. Has anyone else had these symptoms?
